The Earl of Abergavenny themed webinar Portland Museum produced as part of International Museum Day 2023 is now online and available to view here on our YouTube channel.
The webinar featured the story of the Earl of Abergavenny’s final journey, its excavation and salvage, and the National Lottery funded project to digitise the collection of finds retrieved from the shipwreck.
Delivered by Portland Museum Project Manager, Lucy Watkins, and Earl of Abergavenny diver, excavator and Trustee, David Carter, the webinar is a great watch with an illuminating Q&A section at the end.
